I think Lou will end up with Nathan. I kind of hope so. If she doesn't, she'll probably end up with Richie - the guy she chatted with in "Me Before You". It's gonna be one of those two, I think. Personally I'm rooting for Nathan, since he was such a sweetheart ♥
